Medical Bioinformatics

The purpose of the course is to introduce bioinformatics concepts and their application with biological data. We will start with introducing popular bioinformatics databases and general bioinformatics concepts followed by their application by analyzing example biological data. Here you will learn about the day-to-day problem that occurs while performing bioinformatics analysis and troubleshoot them.
