
This course will be taught in-person again, starting in the SoSe 2025. Regular attendance is required to guarantee success in developing academic writing techniques.
Please note that this course does NOT prepare you for writing term papers as such or acquiring knowledge about how to create bibliographies and use quotations according MLA or other systems.
This course is about focusing, structuring, focusing and expressing academic arguments in advanced English in short texts (250-350 words) as required in the Writing Texts module exam.
Warning: No use of generative AI is acceptable for writing texts of any length in this course. If you do, you will lose your seat in this course immediately.
