In this workshop, you will continually work on your individual supervision profile. We will have a closer look on theoretical foundations regarding both writing and supervising; we will determine our individual scope for action and develop courses of action for your situation.

We will reflect on the different roles we play while supervising and supporting students‘ writing, how these roles may conflict and what strategies are appropriate in order to mitigate or resolve these conflicts. Ultimately, you should be enabled and encouraged to consciously take reflected decisions and thus to detect and develop your individual supervision-style.
