The weekly yoga timeout will help you to compensate all the hours in front of your computer.
The yoga sessions won't only help you to relax, but will also have a positive effect on your mind and body.
We'll focus on neck, shoulders and back, as those body parts are prone to tension and pain, especially due to desk work and stress. Short breathing exercises and meditations will provide relaxation and strength for times like these.
The practice will be on an easy level so that everyone who is interested is able to partake.
